Tight & tender spots that just won’t go away? Reduced range of motion post-injury or surgery? This workshop will teach you how to safely and effectively target all the major muscle/fascia groups in the body from head to toe based on the STOTT Pilates method. We will utilize the roller to challenge balance, stability and spatial awareness as well as some deep facial release.
Wear something comfortable to stretch in & bring a water bottle.
