Private training is the most personalized form of training, with each workout custom tailored to your individual needs. To get you started on your way to your best body, we analyze your posture and put together Pilates mat, Pilates Reformer exercises, Yoga postures and/or other fitness exercises based on the findings of your spine, hips, pelvis, knees, shoulders, rib cage placement, head & neck. The workout is designed specifically for your body to recruit all the major muscles and to add balance, strength, flexibility and control. This training is offered in a 1 on 1 setting to ensure you are getting the attention you deserve.
